How do I win?

Keep the powers in balance. Détente counts the years in a row that the smallest power holds at least 75% of the largest's land, with every power holding enough tiles. Reach five and the powers sign a treaty. If stability falls to zero, one power grows too large, or the years run out, open war breaks out.

What does each tool do?

• Wall blocks a tile for good. Drag across tiles to build a line (one action each).
• Camp settles free folk who earn gold from the powers beside them, and now and then sack a tile.
• Sway frees a power's tile beside one of your camps.
• Sabotage cancels one flagged move this year.
• Picking a tool pauses the year until you place it or cancel.

What is Diplomat?

An optional weekly subscription that gives more Leverage every day, any intervention on any continent, your own isles and the map editor, and Diplomat themes such as Gothic. Every region can be won without it. The full list is on the Become a Diplomat screen in the game.

How do I restore or cancel Diplomat?

Restore: open Become a Diplomat from the title screen and tap Restore purchases. Cancel: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Détente. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my progress kept?

On your device only. Détente has no accounts and sends nothing anywhere, so deleting the app deletes your progress.
